We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne, a dynamic startup with smart and "hungry" team members. Our marketing and business team sits in Cologne, Berlin & London, our tech & product team works remotely across Europe.

We receive backing from strong partners like adidas, Krombacher, NIVEA MEN, and the Techniker Krankenkasse – and have 1-2 exciting collaborations in the pipeline. Successful investors like Ralf Reichert (CEO of ESL) or Verena Pausder support us on our way.

Your Tasks

• Aquire new Partner-Clubs (phone & digital)
• Initial contact with Decision-makers in sports clubs (chairmen, department heads, managing directors)
• Develop understanding of the needs of clubs and address them precisely
• Maintain and document contacts (CRM)
• Close cooperation with your team and team lead
• Direct insights into the build-up of a growing startup

What you need

• Languages are no problem for you: You speak fluent German & English
• Very good communication skills, empathy, and confident demeanor
• Able to listen, build trust, and communicate structuredly
• Your own experience in team sports (at least as a player)
• Nice to have: Experience as a coach or member of the club (e.g. organization, board, business office)
• Eigeninitiative, sense of responsibility, and interest in working for a startup
