Job description

Your tasks

• Support in the development and implementation of concrete marketing strategies/measures
• Support in initiating, planning, implementing, and evaluating campaigns for increasing awareness and lead generation through all relevant channels like AdWords, Social Media, LinkedIn
• Creation and maintenance of the website and social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.) for the Study College Düsseldorf.
• Support in creating content, e.g. for websites or our social media channels
• Data collection, maintenance, and follow-up (CRM)
• Close cooperation with the sales department: Support in managing inquiries, e.g. on social media platforms
• General organizational and administrative tasks

Your profile

• You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor-) or have a comparable education in the economic field like BWL, (Digital) Marketing, Communications- and Media Science or in fields of humanities, language sciences etc.
• German on C1 level and good English skills
• Familiarity with common MS Office applications
• Solution-oriented/thoughtful approach
• Independent, organized & structured working style
• Empathy and team spirit
• Experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress), graphic and video editing programs (e.g. Photoshop, Canva or CapCut) or knowledge in the field of SEO is advantageous.

As part of the non-profit Rhineland Education Center (GRB), the Study College Düsseldorf is an established educational institution with a clear focus on preparing international students for studying at German universities: We connect education, language, and integration effectively to enable successful academic entry in Germany.

We are a certified telc-, TestDaF- and TestAS-examination center as well as an official partner of the Goethe Institute. With a broad range of courses and examinations, as well as over 1,500 successful graduates, we belong to the leading providers in the field of study preparation for international target groups in Germany.

Our team consists of around 50 committed employees from the fields of teaching, counseling, and administration. We work interdisciplinary, practically oriented, and in an international environment characterized by diversity, multilingualism, and mutual support.
