Hi! We are VAYS. For our Transport- & Logistiksparte we are looking for someone with genuine marketing passion – marketing that doesn't just look nice but delivers results: more direct bookings, more suitable applicants. At our company you will work closely to the management team, with short decision-making paths, real design space and implementation at a fast pace.

Aufgaben

Marketingstrategie & Zielgruppenanalyse

• You develop for VAYS ride a solid marketing strategy: Who are our target groups, what needs do they have, and how does our offer specifically cater to that?
• You define concrete use cases and lead from there a clear communication strategy

Content-Marketing, SEO & Markenaufbau

• You develop and produce content for website-blog and social media
• You design materials for our cooperation partners – from classical B2B-partners to cooperations in the healthcare sector (e.g. patient transportation) – and supports sales with that

Performance-Marketing & Recruiting-Marketing

• You plan, launch and optimize advertising campaigns – each based on the defined target groups and with a clear view of the results
• You continuously test what works – organically or paid for – and sharpens strategy and implementation accordingly afterwards

Qualifikation

• Sprache: Fluent German skills in writing and speaking (at least C1) – you communicate securely with cooperation partners, applicants and the team
• KI-Tools: Secure, routine use of KI-tools like Claude (research, text creation, strategy work) – you don't just try them out but uses them as a fixed part of your daily work
• Design & Content: Experience with Canva or similar tools for creating advertising materials, social media content and graphics
• Ads & Kampagnen: Experience with Google Ads Manager (or comparable platforms) is advantageous
• Projektmanagement: Experience with tools like Asana or comparable systems for structured task and process documentation is advantageous
• Analytisches Denken: Ability to analyze target groups, data and campaign results in a structured manner and derive action recommendations from that
• Selbstständigkeit: Independent, result-oriented work style – you bring your own solution approaches with you, rather than waiting for instructions
