Aufgaben

• Collaborate in developing a cross-channel content strategy and building and maintaining a structured editorial plan for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Conception and creation of high-quality content for our entire online communication - Social Media, Website, Newsletter, CRM-strengthened and video formats
• Independent maintenance and further development of our Ratgeber-Blogs, from theme research to SEO optimization
• Support in building, monitoring, and optimizing Paid-Marketing-Campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn & Co.
• Analyze relevant KPIs to identify performance potential and derive data-based optimizations

Qualifikation

• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Passion for marketing and outstanding communicative skills, a proactive hands-on mentality, and joy in taking responsibility
• Sense of design and secure handling with Canva to create Social Media and website assets
• Fundamental knowledge of video editing (e.g., for short explanatory videos or social media formats)
• Very strong German language skills and the ability to prepare complex topics clearly, structured, and target-group-oriented
• Nice to have: First contacts with renewable energies, photovoltaics, battery storage, charging infrastructure, or energy markets
• The willingness to regularly work in our Berlin office
• A proven track record of experience in creating concepts, marketing content, and managing performance marketing campaigns is advantageous
