TOPSIM is an internationally operating provider of interactive management simulations with its headquarters in Tübingen. Our cloud-based board games are used in training, recruitment, and strategic learning formats to make business relationships experientially tangible. Our users include successful companies and educational institutions worldwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work on:

• conceiving, creating, and revising the external appearance of our product portfolio
• conceptualizing, designing, maintaining, and further developing our company website, blog, and social media channels (Instagram & LinkedIn)
• realizing contributions for our company's online presence
• conceiving and implementing marketing and sales materials
• planning, preparing, and conducting cross-media marketing campaigns
• analyzing our marketing tracking KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are studying and want to deepen your knowledge in the fields of design, communication, or marketing practically?
• You have at least three months' time to actively co-create exciting projects.
• The internship is planned as a compulsory internship in your study and examination regulations.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• First experiences with the Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) are a plus.
• You stand out with creativity, fresh ideas, and an eye for design.
• You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and take responsibility.
• You are open to new challenges, willing to learn, and enthusiastic about trying new things.
