The fully digitalized patient journey ensures high quality, efficiency, and premium service for our customers and team.

Kalia Lab is currently represented with one location in Hamburg (Ballindamm, opened in 2021), Berlin-Mitte (Am Tacheles, since summer 2024), and Düsseldorf (Kronenstraße, since May 2025). Further locations are planned.

We are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team in Berlin immediately. Our office is also centrally located in Berlin Mitte, near Friedrichstraße.

Aufgaben

You want to post content, but you understand which measures really generate growth? You work data-based, question existing processes, and want to take on projects independently?

Then you're right with us. Together, we'll package a task that fits your strengths and interests. You'll take early responsibility and gain insights into the marketing mix along the entire customer journey.

CRM & E-Mail-Marketing

• You identify relevant themes and potential for newsletter and CRM campaigns.
• You analyze existing email tracks and develop optimizations along the customer lifecycle.
• You accompany campaigns from conception to implementation to data-based evaluation.
• You test new approaches and lead concrete recommendations based on the results.

Social Media (Instagram & TikTok)

• You develop editorial plans and create content briefings.
• You support content production and accompany shootings as needed.
• You steer publications and moderate our community.
• You analyze reach, engagement, and conversion data and lead optimizations.

SEO & Conversion Optimierung

• You create SEO-optimized content and support the further development of our website.
• You prepare content for product launches and ensure optimal user guidance.
• You analyze user behavior and identify optimization potential along the booking funnel.
• You support improving our conversion rate through data-based measures.

Growth & Analytics

• You analyze performance together with the marketing team along the entire customer journey.
• You create reports, dashboards, and decision-making templates for the marketing team.
• You conceptualize and accompany A/B tests, content, and funnel optimizations.
• You identify growth levers and bring your own ideas to scale our marketing activities.

Qualifikation

• You work independently, think analytically, bring creative ideas, and have a high affinity for Beauty & Health themes
• You study business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field and have successfully completed the first semesters
• You are familiar with numerical decisions and Google Analytics is not foreign to you
• You have good understanding of social media and email marketing, ideally having gained some experience in this area
• ChatGPT/Claude is not unfamiliar to you and you know how to help yourself goal-oriented
• You have very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• You are an organizational talent and can prioritize tasks
