Aufgaben

We will drive our sponsorship and cooperation strategy forward with you as Praktikum Marketing & Business Development (m/w/d) – from strategic conception to partner acquisition, operational implementation, and activation.

• Sponsoring-Strategie: You will work together with the GTM team on developing our sponsorship strategy, learning how to identify potential and plan strategic partnerships.
• Partnerakquise: You will support in researching and approaching new club and B2B partners and gain insights into how we build and maintain a strong network.
• Kooperationsmanagement & Aktivierung: You will accompany the implementation of partnerships, help with planning activations, and coordinate to-dos together with our team.
• Kampagnenplanung: You will support in preparing and implementing campaigns and learn how to integrate cooperation into marketing measures.
• Eigenständige Projekte: You will set up smaller projects and cooperation requests step by step with the help of our team – learning to take responsibility and successfully complete projects.

Qualifikation

• You are currently studying in a field such as Marketing, Communication, and/or Media and looking for a place for a 6-month internship.
• You have the desire to take responsibility, learn new things, and actively participate in exciting projects.
• You are communicative, bring good expression skills with you, and work structured and independently.
• You are a team player and enjoy working together on campaigns and partnerships.
• You possess very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking; French language skills are a plus.
• Ideal candidates have experience with the German sports association from their own sporting or voluntary activities.
