• Dive into new topics: Learn everything about building technology, ConTech, ESG, renewable energies, and sustainable building – with practical onboarding and short training sessions
• Research and analyze: Support us in collecting, processing, and analyzing market and company data
• Become a trend scout: Observe the market, identify relevant developments, and recognize what will be important tomorrow
• Conduct interviews: Help with preparing, conducting, and evaluating conversations with industry experts
• Create insights & reports: Translate data and trends into clear statements and visualize them in reports and presentations
• Perform quantitative market analyses: Work on data-based market and competition analyses and deepen your quantitative skills – with close guidance and mentoring from experienced colleaguesWax with your projects: Depending on duration and interest, you can specialize in topics like ESG, M&A, or digital business models and take over responsibility

Qualifikation

• Studies in economics, real estate, construction, sustainability, or comparable
• Interest in the construction and real estate industry, energy, ESG, PropTech & sustainability
  First experiences in market research, data analysis, or project work are a plus
• Analytical thinking & structured working method
• Clear communication & pleasure in preparing complex content
  Team spirit, self-initiative & organizational talentCuriosity, learning readiness & pleasure in interdisciplinary work
