We develop AI agents that phone and write like an integrated employee for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our mission is to enable 24/7 availability for every company without anyone having to sit at the receiver or in the inbox all the time. This way, even small teams can have the impact of large organizations.

Aufgaben

🧠 Marketing & Content

• Aufbau und Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram as main channel, plus YouTube and other relevant platforms)
• Articles, case studies, and content for our website
• Creation of posts, short videos, and visuals around AI, communication, and our customers
• Preliminary preparation of press releases, specialist articles, and guest contributions
• PR branding and positioning of HiDesk as a pioneer in AI for small businesses

💼 Business Development

• Strategy development
• Preliminary preparation of presentations & pitches
• Market and competition analysis in the Voice AI and Customer Communication sector

🤝 Partner-Akquise & Business

• Research and approach to customers
• Support for building a local partner network
• Preliminary preparation of presentations & pitches

📱 Produkt & KI

• Support in the further development of our software
• Tight cooperation with Design & Product
• Testing, bugs, new features – you're right in the middle

Qualifikation

• You are studying (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration, Digital Business or something comparable) or have already gained some experience in one of the above-mentioned areas
• You show initiative, openness, and team spirit
• Self-employed work is exactly your thing and you bring proactive ideas
• You work well with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar design and video tools (or are eager to learn them during the internship)
• You are confident in handling social media (especially Instagram) and curious about analytics and performance marketing
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as solid English
