At VISCA, you're in the thick of it, not just on the sidelines. You'll support our team in implementing influencer campaigns for various brands, gain valuable practical experience, and gradually take on your own tasks.

Responsibilities

• You will support our team in planning, implementing, and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns for various brands.

• You will identify suitable creators on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and assist in their selection and outreach.

• You will oversee the collaboration with influencers – from initial contact and briefings to campaign execution.

• You will research current trends, new creators, and exciting content formats to discover new potential for our clients.

• You will support the analysis of relevant performance KPIs and gain insights into how we optimize campaigns data-driven.

• You will maintain and further develop our creator database and assist with organizational tasks in campaign management.

Qualifications

• You are ideally studying Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program and have 5–6 months available.

• You are passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.

• You are eager to delve into performance marketing and understand how content translates into measurable results.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and can maintain an overview even with multiple tasks.

• You bring initiative, curiosity, and joy in contributing new ideas and taking responsibility.

• You communicate confidently in German and have good English language skills.

Initial practical experience in marketing is a plus, but not a requirement. Your motivation and willingness to learn new things are much more important to us.
