Tasks

Your Mission

You dive deep into the world of Creator Economy. As an intern in Influencer Marketing, you're not just there to watch – from day one, you'll take on your own responsibility.

• Scouting & Research: You identify exciting influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who perfectly fit our brand identity.
• Beziehungsmanagement: You're the first point of contact for our partners. You take over the initial conversation, briefing, and ongoing care of the collaborations.
• Kampagnenmanagement: You support in planning, implementing, and controlling creative influencer campaigns.
• Versand & Logistik: You coordinate the shipment of PR samples and seeding packages and ensure that our products arrive safely at the creators' doorstep.
• Analyse & Reporting: You evaluate the results of the campaigns based on relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and create reports.
• Trend-Watch: You always keep an eye on the latest social media trends and bring in new ideas proactively.

Requirements

You bring with you

• Ausbildung: You're studying business administration, marketing, communication sciences, media management or are in a comparable education (matriculation is often a prerequisite, please adjust if not).
• Digital Native: You love social media. You spend your free time on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube and know exactly who's currently trending and how the platforms work.
• Kommunikationstalent: You're open, communicative, and have no fear of approaching new people (written and verbal). You possess excellent German language skills in writing and speaking; good English is a plus.
• Organisation: You work structured, reliably, and keep track even with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Mindset: You have a desire to learn, are creative, and an authentic team player.
