🔍 We are looking for someone who doesn't just count followers. but builds relationships that really convert.

We are Shapemate, a young startup with the mission to make fitness tracking simpler and more personal.

Now we want to grow. and for that we need a strong Creator Strategy.

If you know how to build collaborations, understand communities, and see influencers not just as an advertising space. then you're exactly right here.

Tasks

• You identify suitable Creators & Micro-Influencers for Shapemate (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• You build and maintain our Creator Network with genuine relationships, not just Cold DMs
• You coordinate collaborations from inquiry to evaluation
• You track performance data and draw clear learnings from it
• You support the development of our Influencer Strategy together with the founding team

Qualification

• Enrolled student
• Passion for Social Media and the Creator Economy
• Sense for authenticity: you recognize which Creators really fit the brand
• Structured work approach and self-responsible way of working
• Communication strength, internally as well as externally
