Job description
Together, we work on shaping improvement processes at our Eisenach location. You will support us in process optimization and improvement management in the production and administration areas. In doing so, you will learn about the principles and building blocks of the Bosch Production System (BPS) and apply them.
Your tasks include:
- Participation in organizational development and process guidance.
- Preliminary preparation and follow-up of BPS workshops on manufacturing technology and logistics, as well as active participation in these.
- Support for specialist and management staff in introducing and implementing internal standards.
