We are a growing B2B SaaS startup in the heart of Frankfurt that helps companies work more efficiently and flawlessly with smart warehousing solutions. Our goal: to make warehousing simple, transparent, and reliable - regardless of industry or company size.

With us, you are not just "along for the ride," but actively involved in daily business. You will gain insights into real startup processes, work directly with the founding team, and take on responsibility from day one.

This internship is ideal for you if you want to learn a lot quickly, take on tasks independently, and understand how a young company really functions operationally. You don't need any special prior knowledge - what's important is motivation, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of being part of a team.

Your internship should ideally last 3-6 months. It doesn't matter if you are a student or a pupil.

Tasks

With us, you won't get a rigid internship plan, but an internship where you will be directly integrated into the operational day-to-day business. Typical topics include:

• Support in daily startup operations, e.g., order processing, customer management and support

• Management of processes from start to finish, e.g., preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal processes

• Involvement in process optimization and automation

• Support with customer projects and operational customer inquiries

• Coordination of internal tasks between the founding team, operations, and other departments

• Research and analysis for the further development of our processes

• Learning by doing in a dynamic startup environment

Qualifications

• Interest in startups and entrepreneurial work

• Desire to work hands-on and quickly take on responsibility

• Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn

• Structured and independent way of working

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• No fear of customer contact

• Very good German language skills, ideally C1/C2, English skills are a plus

• Proficient in using PCs and digital tools
