Your Tasks

• Recruiting Rockstar: As part of the People & Culture Team, you will support all our recruiting activities - from job profiles to participation in interviews and independent processing of smaller (part-) projects.
• Matchmaker: You'll find new talents for Schüttflix through various platforms.
• Experience Designer: You ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire application process, Schüttflix-style.
• Kommunikationsprofi with Overview: Besides creating job postings, you are also responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders and external service providers.
• Allrounder in the People & Culture Team: You support various topics around employee experience - from onboarding measures to internal events and participation in P&C initiatives.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Study, preferably in one of the following fields: Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a comparable education
• Know-How: First practical experiences in a professional context are advantageous, e.g., through internships or side jobs.
• Personality and Work Style: You like to put your heart into it! Enthusiasm for recruitment and modern HR topics
• Communication Skills: Very good communication skills in German, allowing you to interact effectively with various teams (nice to have: English language skills)
