Praktikum in Product Management (m/w/d)

We are TimeSec Zeitmanagement GmbH, a young SaaS company from Berlin (founded 06/2023), with a clear mission:

Making the construction industry more efficient through simple, fair, and digital solutions.

With our solution for digital time tracking, we are increasingly becoming a digital construction site management system – together with our customers from Bau & Handwerk.

Tasks

• Creation and maintenance of Knowledge-Base articles, help texts, and product-specific materials
• Documented support for internal processes
• Conducting research & competitor analyses to identify new potential
• Analyzing customer feedback and developing recommendations
• Support in conceiving new and optimizing existing functions

Qualification

• Ongoing studies or completed training in the field of business administration, management, economics, computer science, or comparable
• Interest in digital products and SaaS solutions
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Self-motivated, structured work style and teamwork ability
• First contacts with the construction industry an advantage but not a must-have
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
