Internship in Onboarding Customer Success Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Accompanying our nursing staff in the onboarding process — You support our team in accompanying nursing staff from contract conclusion to successful start at our partner companies and ensure that they feel well looked after during this phase.
• Onboarding that inspires — You help to make the onboarding process at our partner companies for nursing staff as easy and structured as possible and ensure a positive first experience in the new job.
• Proactive communication with candidates — You are in regular contact with nursing staff, answer questions about their start and ensure that they are well informed throughout the onboarding process.
• Individual support during the onboarding process — You help to understand the wishes, expectations and possible challenges of the nursing staff and find solutions together with the team.
• Gathering feedback and improving processes — You help to collect feedback from nursing staff and partner companies and learn from it in order to continuously improve our onboarding processes.
• Collaboration with internal teams — You work closely with our teams from Candidate Excellence Management and Account Management and support in ensuring a smooth Candidate Experience.
• Structured documentation and data maintenance — You maintain relevant information about candidates in our systems and help to keep track of important steps in the onboarding process.

With your support, we create an onboarding experience that inspires nursing staff and enables them to have a successful start at our partner companies.

Qualification

• You are open to people, listen and can empathize with the needs of others.
• You enjoy accompanying candidates during an important career step and giving them security in the onboarding process.
• You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several tasks at the same time.
• You think in terms of solutions, tackle things proactively and do not wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• You like working in a team, contribute actively and enjoy building something together.
• You have a good basic digital understanding and feel comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, Slack or Zoom – or learn new systems quickly.
• You are curious and want to learn – even without previous experience in this area, you can grow quickly with us through coaching and mentoring.
• We expect you to have German language skills at C2 level, proven by your CV or relevant certificates. You will communicate with people on the customer and candidate side who make decisions – clear and unambiguous communication is therefore required.
