Tasks

• Actively shape our growth
  You will identify and contact potential partner companies and support the building of our network.
• Market analysis & strategy development
  You will analyze markets, competitors, and trends to derive data-based impulses and growth strategies.
• CRM & data maintenance
  You will keep our database up-to-date, analyze customer information, and derive potential for improvement.
• Convincing presentations & pitches
  You will create appealing presentations and offers that impress decision-makers for Pflegia.
• Process optimization & solution development
  You will think proactively, identify optimization potential in existing processes, and help develop scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills – You can inspire people and interact professionally with decision-makers.

• We expect you to have German language skills at C2 level, proven by your CV or relevant certificates. This is because you will be negotiating with individuals on the client and candidate side who will be making decisions. Clarity in communication is therefore required.
