Internship in Business Development - Process Automation (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Understand and improve processes: You will analyze existing workflows, identify recurring manual tasks, and pinpoint potential for automation.

• Implement automations: You will develop and implement automated workflows, for example, using no-code/low-code tools or your own scripts.

• Connect tools and systems: You will support connecting applications via interfaces and ensuring a reliable flow of information.

• Test and further develop solutions: You will check automations for functionality, fix errors, and adapt them to new requirements.

• Collaborate across teams: You will gather requirements together with various teams, document your solutions, and support colleagues in their use.

Qualification

• You are pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or have already completed one.

• You enjoy questioning processes, understanding interdependencies, and developing practical solutions for recurring tasks.

• You have initial experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n, or programming skills, for example, in Python or JavaScript.

• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with new tools and interfaces and expanding your technical skills.

• You work in a structured and independent manner, set priorities, and maintain an overview even with multiple tasks.

• You are eager to learn new things quickly in a dynamic environment and contribute your own ideas.

• You have German language skills at C1 level.

• Nice to Have: You have already worked with APIs, webhooks, or AI-powered automations, or have implemented your own small automation projects.
