Aufgaben

• Process analysis & optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify improvement potential, and develop practical solution approaches together with the departments.
• Project management: You support cross-sectional projects, coordinate tasks with various teams, and help implement projects successfully.
• Data analysis & reporting: You evaluate operational key figures, prepare data structured, and support in creating decision-making grounds for management.
• Understanding & documenting requirements: You work closely with various teams, understand their challenges, and help document processes and requirements transparently.
• Operative excellence forward: You support continuous process improvement and create sustainable standards for further growth.

Qualifikation

• You have a strong analytical understanding and work structured and solution-oriented.
• You are interested in company processes, project management, and operational connections.
• You can complex issues present and communicate clearly.
• You work with data and have ideally gained experience with Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
• You bring initiative, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially.
• You enjoy working in a team and have fun developing solutions together.
