As an intern in Business Development, you will become part of a small, highly motivated team that moves Werkia forward day by day. You will support us in our growth, contribute your own ideas, and learn how to strategically develop a young company.

Tasks

• Network Building in Skilled Trades – You will identify new potential partner companies, make contact, and help us expand our network.

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development – You will analyze competitors, target groups, and market trends – and develop targeted strategies for our growth with the team.

• CRM & Data Maintenance – You will keep our partner database up-to-date and generate valuable insights for our sales efforts.

• Creation of Presentations & Pitches – You will develop creative, compelling materials to present Werkia to new companies and partners.

• Process Optimization & Idea Contribution – You will think along, identify potential for improvement, and actively shape scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Enjoyment of Communication & Persuasiveness – You approach people openly and can generate enthusiasm.

• Organizational Talent & Self-Responsibility – You work in a structured, independent manner and think proactively.

• Analytical Thinking – You recognize patterns, understand connections, and develop meaningful strategies from them.

• Hands-on Mentality – You are eager to tackle things and implement solutions practically.

• Teamwork Skills – You enjoy working collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

• Digital Tools – You are comfortable with Slack, Zoom, CRM systems & Co.

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. Since you will be fully involved from day one and conduct negotiations and consulting discussions with clients and candidates independently, absolute clarity in communication is crucial for your success in the job. You simply love to communicate and convince people.
