Praktikum im Business Development (Business Analyst/Automation Engineer/Applied AI Engineer) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a practicum in business development for the three specializations of business analyst, automation engineer, and applied AI engineer. Depending on your focus, you will work on strategic analyses, technical workflows or data-driven AI solutions and support us in making Pflegia more efficient and scalable.

Aufgaben

• Business Analyst: You analyze internal processes and data and lead to concrete solutions for growth, efficiency, and operational improvements.
• Automation Engineer: You analyze manual processes, develop automation solutions, and implement them using suitable tools for more efficient workflows.
• Applied AI Engineer: You develop and improve AI systems and agents and help to intelligently shape operative processes based on data.

Qualifikation

• Business Analyst: You have a strong analytical understanding, work structured with data, and can present complex relationships clearly and understandably. Additionally, you already have some experience in dealing with SQL.
• Automation Engineer: You bring technical interest, think process-oriented, and ideally have some experience with automation tools, APIs or no-code/low-code solutions.
• Applied AI Engineer: You are interested in artificial intelligence, bring a good technical foundation, and ideally have some experience with Python, LLMs, and AI-supported tools.
