**YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION
**Are you interested in data analysis?
In the field of Effectiveness Measurement (MEAL) and International Controlling, you will gain insights into the analysis and evaluation of our projects in Uganda. You will be involved in various project phases, from planning the baseline study to evaluating KPIs and financial reporting.

Tasks

• Quality assurance of financial reporting for international partners:innen including.
• Preparation of plan-is-actual reports
• Preparation of financial reports for supporters:innen
• Independent preparation, analysis, and presentation of project data to support decision-making
• Preparation and maintenance of project-specific statistics as well as active participation in the further development of MEAL
• Instruments and processes
• Closely working together with partners:innen in the project countries

Qualification

• Self-reliant, independent, and systematic work style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Very good English and German language skills
• Studies in a relevant field of study, e.g. economics, finance, international management, statistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Pleasure in meaningful work and social impact
