Praktikum im Bereich Social Impact & Community bei Players for Good (m/w/d)

Players For Good is a non-profit organization with the vision to bring more humanity into our society. We believe that sport, fun, and community can trigger real change. With our app Play For Good, we transform sporting activity into social impact — every game, every point, and every movement becomes an opportunity to do good.

We are looking for a motivated intern who will carry out our mission with us, think along with us, and pack in with us, so that together we can reach and motivate more people to play a bigger game.

Tasks

• Collaboration in community management: communication with our community, user support, and exchange promotion.
• Support in planning and implementing social impact projects, actions, and campaigns.
• Creation of content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to make our vision and values visible.
• Participation in the further development and maintenance of the Play-For-Good app — e.g., user feedback evaluation, idea submission, app communication accompaniment.
• Research and analysis on topics such as sport, engagement, donation culture, and social impact.
• Administrative support for organization, partner care, and general tasks in the team.

Qualification

• Motivation and passion for community engagement, sports & social impact.
• Interest in gamification, community building, and digital platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills — ideally confident in handling social media.
• Self-reliant and reliable work style, creativity, and willingness to pack in.
• Openness to new ideas, proactivity, and team spirit.
• Good German language skills; English language skills are an asset.
