Praktikum in the Field of Process Optimization and Automation in Microsoft 365 (Duration: six months)

Tasks

In the context of the internship, you will analyze existing business processes in our Microsoft 365 environment, develop ideas for how we can make them more efficient and automated, and implement these.

This includes:

• Analyze our everyday business processes in Microsoft 365
• Identification of optimization and automation potential
• Conducting market and technology research on possible new tools and evaluating them with regard to practical applicability
• Developing your own ideas and prototypes, for example, in the form of workflows, AI functions, or other digital solutions, such as Power Automate, Power BI, AI functions, etc.
• Coordinating and technical implementation of the solutions

Qualification

• You are a student and at least in your third semester
• You have an interest in Microsoft 365 and AI and ideally know the areas of application and technologies of Microsoft M365
• You possess an analytical and structured working style, as well as good communication skills
• You have very good language skills in German and English
• You are eager to not only plan things but also implement them
