Internship in Online Marketing - Focus on Email Marketing (m/f/d)

During your Internship in Online Marketing - Focus on Email Marketing (m/f/d), these will be your main tasks:

• You actively support the team in planning, implementing, and optimizing our CRM measures

• You implement email campaigns for the German and our international markets, including the creation and adaptation of suitable texts & graphics

• You build target group-specific landing pages for our campaigns

• You design customer surveys and independently evaluate the feedback

• You support the team with regular analyses and reports for performance measurement

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business Informatics, Media or Communication Studies

• Looking for a mandatory internship (or voluntary internship) for ideally 5 - 6 months

• You already have initial experience in Marketing, Performance Marketing or CRM, e.g., from previous internships or working student positions

• You contribute your own ideas, proactively seek exchange at eye level, and reliably take responsibility from idea to implementation

• Native-level German (C2) and very good English (B2) in spoken and written

• Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

• You already have a residence in the Munich area or are willing to move to Munich for the duration of the internship
