Job description
- You will take over the coordination of HSE-related events, including rounds, meetings, trainings and workshops, and ensure a smooth course of action.
- You will help with preparing and maintaining data for our HSE key figures and reports and contribute to transparency in this way.
- You will create and design appealing documents and posters for the areas occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection, to clearly communicate important information.
- You will support coordination and communication with external experts and service providers in the context of HSE.
- You will actively participate in the processing of daily business, for example by recording meetings and processing correspondence.
