Praktikum in the Field of Energy Systems & Customer Projects

concepte works with industrial and medium-sized companies on sustainable energy systems. In this internship, you combine sales tasks with technical project work.

Tasks

As an intern in the field of energy data analysis, you support our team in acquiring and implementing specific customer projects. You will gain insights into technical, economic, and political aspects of the energy transition in German medium-sized enterprises.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Evaluation of energy data from industrial companies – power, heat, load curves etc. (possibly in Python)
• Research on technologies (e.g. photovoltaics, heat pumps, storage) and sustainability themes in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Cost analyses for investments in renewable energies and energy efficiency measures as well as current funding opportunities
• Presentation of results for customer reports and presentations
• Customer acquisition and market analysis: Support in acquiring new customers and analyzing market potential and competitive strategies.
• Designing the sales funnel: Co-designing the sales funnel from initial contact to conversion. Here, you will learn how customer requests can be designed goal-oriented and need-based.
• Thinking ahead is desired: You help not only with implementation but also bring your own ideas and analyses into play.

Qualification

Degree program in an engineering, natural science, or economic field (e.g. energy, environmental, business engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, sustainability, business administration)

Interest in climate protection, energy transition, and digitalization

First experiences with data analysis in Python (e.g. Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy) are a plus, but not a must

Analytical thinking and structured working style

Motivation to learn new things, work independently, and actively contribute
