Your Entry into the Human Resources Department

The Stay Foundation for Multiplicative Development improves the economic situation in the countries of the Equatorial Region by strengthening networks of local social entrepreneurs. For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for dedicated support in Human Resources for a three-month internship with 38 hours per week, starting November 16, 2026.

Your Tasks

• You will accompany the entire recruiting process from reviewing incoming applications to organizing interviews and feedback sessions.

• You will support personnel selection and take over administrative and organizational processes in personnel management.

• You will contribute to the design of our HR marketing and bring your own ideas into internal processes.

• Interest in HR topics, recruiting, and HR marketing.

• A structured and reliable way of working.

• Enjoyment of working in a team of 11 to 50 employees.

Your First Months at the Stay Foundation
