As an intern in the field of Human Resources
you will become part of our team and gain insights into recruiting,
personnel management, and organizational processes at Stay. Take the
chance to actively shape our vision!

Tasks

This is how you contribute and make a difference with us:

• You will take over recruiting and personnel selection – from reviewing incoming applications to organizing and conducting interviews and feedback sessions.
• You will actively shape our personnel marketing by creating, publishing, and continuously optimizing job advertisements.
• You will accompany the entire employee lifecycle of interns and volunteers – from onboarding to offboarding.
• You will act as an internal communication interface and be a reliable point of contact for all HR-relevant topics.
• In addition, you will keep our contact and personnel data up-to-date and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• You are interested in the HR field or ideally studying in this area.
• You are characterized by organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Your open and communicative nature contributes to a appreciative exchange.
• You convince with very good MS Office skills and fluent German and English.
• You bring motivation, initiative, and team spirit and enjoy working for a foundation.
