We are a multi-award-winning startup from Berlin-Adlershof and develop innovative solutions in the areas of 3D scanning, 3D printing, and medical technology.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for interns in the field of Human Resources & Employer Branding. The position combines recruiting, communication, and employee experience.

Tasks

1. Recruiting & Applicant Management – from job posting to screening to interview accompaniment.
2. Employer Branding & Communication – Design of campaigns, posts, and content that show what defines our corporate culture.
3. HR Processes & Organization – Insight into onboarding, employee communication, and feedback processes.
4. Team Projects – Support with internal workshops, employer branding events, and team activities.
5. Responsibility – Take on small HR projects with the support of our team and develop yourself professionally and personally.

Qualifications

1. Enrolled students in a relevant degree program, e.g.:

• Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology
• Communication and Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Business Education
• or in a comparable field with a focus on HR, communication, or marketing

1. Very good German and English skills.

2. Interest in people, communication, and corporate culture.

3. Creative thinking and enjoyment of text, social media & employer branding.

4. Initiative, teamwork skills, and organizational talent.

5. Eagerness to actively contribute to a growing startup.
