OneTwoSocial is one of the leading agencies in Germany for digital brand communication with a focus on social media. Our team of around 60 people loves creative content and real storytelling. We map the entire funnel and offer everything the social media heart desires – from strategy creation to content creation, performance marketing, influencer relations to 360-degree support for all social media platforms. OneTwoSocial creates "entertaining dialogue" for brands like Kaufland, BayWa, KFC Germany, Mövenpick, L‘Osteria or Yogurette.

Tasks

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• You actively participate in our recruiting processes and get to know the communication with applicants.
• You support us in the operational day-to-day business around all HR topics – from placing job advertisements to creating contracts and references.
• You are the contact person for our employees on office and personnel matters.
• You take on your own projects in the People & Culture area, e.g. in the planning and implementation of team events.
• You support the development and implementation of modern HR instruments and processes

Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a registered student – ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management or a comparable course of study.
• You have 3 to 6 months to gain practical experience.
• Initial experience in the HR field is an advantage.
• You have an affinity for social media and are interested in modern personnel marketing.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and like to contribute your own ideas.
• You have a Class B driving license
