Aufgaben

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You will actively work on our Recruiting-Prozesses and learn about Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen.
• You will support us in the operativen Tagesgeschäft around all personnel matters – from posting job ads to creating contracts and certificates.
• You will be an Ansprechpartner*in for our employees on office and personal matters.
• You will take over your own Projekte im People & Culture-Bereich, such as planning and implementing team events.
• You will support in the development and implementation of modern HR instruments and processes.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are an eingeschriebener Studentin – ideally with a focus on Personalmanagement or a comparable study program.
• You have 3 bis 6 Monate Zeit, to gain practical experience.
• First Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich are advantageous.
• You have an Affinität zu Social Media and are interested in modern personnel marketing.
• You work selbstständig, strukturiert and bring your own ideas to the table.
• You have a Führerschein Klasse B.
