Job description
We are a stealth, T-1 VC-backed Seed Mobility Startup and we're scaling hard: Revenue x3 this year, Expansion Blueprint in place, M&A on the roadmap. Now we're looking for 2 hands-on Operator:innen who want to really own Recruiting and People Ops.
Tasks
- Recruiting-Funnel end-to-end (Sourcing, Screening, Assessments, Coordination) with clear KPIs
- Weekly Pipeline-Reporting (Conversions, Drop-offs, Time-to-hire) + Process-Tuning
- People Ops in daily life: Onboarding, Trainings, Tools, Documentation, Automations, HRIS/Notion Hygiene
- Diverse other strategic topics and learnings like where you can bring your own ideas
Qualification
- Mindset: You're not just 'interested in Operations': You want to really drive things forward.
- Mind. 4 months (preferably longer)
- German C2
- On-site fit (Berlin Mitte)
