As an HR-Praktikant*in, you will work directly at the interface between talent, company, and product. You will learn how modern recruiting works. Data-based, digital, and with real impact. No watching, but actual responsibility. 🚀

Aufgaben

In your internship, you will actively support our team in building and scaling our talent pool. In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and optimizing job postings: You formulate, publish, and improve job postings on various channels.
• Conducting telephone interviews with applicants: You conduct structured first conversations, assess qualifications and motivation, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Participating in the recruiting process: From application to match: You accompany candidates through the process and work closely with the team.
• Developing new measures for talent acquisition: Together with Marketing & Product, you develop ideas on how we can reach even more suitable talents.
• Providing feedback and insights from applicant conversations: You bring real market insights and help to continuously improve processes and approach.

Qualifikation

• You are enrolled at a German university.
• Your German is at least on C1 level.
• You have interest in HR, Recruiting, Personalmarketing or Talent Acquisition.
• You communicate confidently and securely – even by phone.
• You work structured, reliable, and independently.
• You are eager to take responsibility and co-create.
