Your Tasks During the Internship

• Recruiting: Organizing recruiting events, active sourcing, needs assessment, creating and updating job advertisements, pre-selection of applicant dossiers, preparation and conducting of interviews

• Personnel Administration: Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, creating employment references and contracts, personnel administration

• Assistance in the Finance department

• Support for management in administrative tasks (coordination of meetings, travel, and events)

• General office management

• Support in planning marketing strategies and managing business channels (LinkedIn, Xing)

What You Bring

• University graduate (m/f/d) in Economics / Business Administration / Psychology or similar

• You are a dedicated and initiative-taking personality with great enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills

• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in Human Resources and Recruitment

• You convince as a team-oriented and reliable personality & are fluent in German and English
