Praktikum for the Reeperbahn Festival 2026 - Editorial & Online Infrastructure (m/w/d)

To strengthen our Marketing & Communications team, we are offering a full-time internship at the interface between Editorial, Media & Online Infrastructure from July to September 2026.

About our company

RBX GmbH conceives as a music company different events, products, and initiatives in the cultural and cultural economic sector and implements them. To our product portfolio belongs the Reeperbahn Festival, which today counts among the largest industry gatherings for the music industry worldwide. With the Keychange initiative, we are setting ourselves up across Europe for more gender equality in the music industry. Our product portfolio is supplemented by recurring music video and talk formats on music streaming services and YouTube channels of the festival, as well as by annual event formats that make artistic perspectives and branch themes accessible to a broad audience.

RBX GmbH is based in Hamburg and is supported by the Federal Commissioner for Culture and Media.

Tasks

• Support in the administration and dispatch of newsletters and press releases
• Coordination of text creation and support or interface to website/app
• Alignment and processing of translation processes (EN)
• Image editing including approval processes
• Creation and evaluation of press clippings
• Support in accreditation management for press representatives
• Support and assistance in the online infrastructure department
• Agreements and exchange regarding festival website and mobile app
• Administration and maintenance of content management systems
• Assistance for editorial content of websites and mobile apps
• Point of contact at the interface to the sales team for partner connections

Qualification

• Interest and passion in editorial work
• Microsoft Office skills, CMS skills, and high online affinity
• Open and communicative demeanor
• Endurance and flexibility
• Organizational talent and ability to self-organize
• Experience in relevant areas such as cultural management, music industry, communication, social media, and/or marketing of advantage

You can apply if you are enrolled at a university during the internship period or would like to take a voluntary internship. We will pay the internship on a mini-job basis.
