At the center of our private equity roll-up company in the building services sector, we offer an exceptional internship in Finance. This is your chance to contribute side-by-side with our Senior Finance Manager and co-founders to ensure the financial success and scaling of the group by actively participating in group-wide financial processes.

Your Tasks in Finance

• Group Accounting & Controlling: Active support in accounting/controlling topics and the reconciliation of the financial performance of our portfolio companies in close cooperation with Group Management and the managing directors.

• KPI Management: Development of operational KPIs at the group level for transparent and effective steering and strategic alignment.

• Systems & Process Optimization: Active participation in the analysis and optimization of group-wide financial processes and systems, including involvement in consolidation processes.

• Reporting & Documentation: Preparation and creation of budget plans, consolidated annual financial statements, and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Availability for at least 6 months full-time

• Sound knowledge in Accounting and Controlling (ideally Swiss OR)

• Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and an affinity for processes, systems, and tools

• Initial experience in restructuring, audit, accounting, or finance is an advantage

• Knowledge of financial management software such as Lucanet is a plus point

• Independent, eager to learn, with good judgment and discreet handling of sensitive topics

• Proficient in using workplace apps (Google) and AI

• Fluent German and English skills, Swiss German is an advantage
