Tasks

• Supporting the management: You work closely with the management team and support them in strategic and operational tasks.
• Project management: You plan, coordinate, and implement projects for the further development of the company.
• Business Development: You develop and implement new business ideas and strategies
• Operative activities: You support in various areas such as product management, online marketing, and finance

Qualification

• Studies: You are currently studying economics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience: First practical experiences in start-ups, corporate consulting, or similar fields are an advantage.
• Skills: You think analytically, communicate clearly, and bring a proactive working style with you.
• Personality: You are highly motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and work well in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: A passion for men's grooming, shaving, and beard care is a plus, but not a requirement.
