You love timeless fashion, aesthetics, and design? In the 6-month mandatory internship (m/w/d) at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you will shape the visual and content identity of our premium lifestyle brand. From webshop maintenance to direct customer contact – with your talent and a sense for customer needs and usability, you can successfully implement your ideas and develop our brand sustainably.

Tasks

• Webshop & Content: Maintenance of product pages, creation and optimization of texts and images, support for small content projects.
• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries (email), accompany return processes, find solutions for customer needs.
• Marketplaces: Support in setting up and maintaining our listings on platforms like Amazon, Zalando & Co.
• General E-Commerce Support: Testing, quality assurance, and participation in daily e-commerce operations.

Qualification

• First experiences in e-commerce or theoretical knowledge through your studies (BWL, marketing, media, or communication sciences)
• Experience working on websites and marketplaces
• Sense for brand fit and collaborations
• A high level of responsibility and self-reliance
• Very good expression skills in word and writing
• Minimum basic knowledge of layout and photography
