What you can work on

Depending on your interest and focus, you can participate in the following topics:

• Landing pages conceptualize and structure
  You support in building up, headlines, benefit arguments, CTAs and target group appeal.
• Content ideas for website and LinkedIn develop
  You research themes, prepare content clusters and help make content more understandable and relevant.
• Campaigns and target group appeal prepare
  You analyze which target groups we want to reach, what their needs are and how we can address them accordingly.
• SEO and conversion topics support
  You help make content search engine friendly and user-oriented.
• Visuals, presentations and layouts co-create
  You develop simple graphics, landing page elements or presentation ideas with.
• Design ideas for better image generation develop
  You analyze image styles, layouts and visual guidelines and develop ideas for prompts, image briefings or design templates. The Karriereweg image world sets on authentic, natural and dynamic scenes with people, collaboration and flexible work models.
• Sales and CRM processes support
  You research target groups, prepare contact stretches, structure information and help make follow-up processes clearer.

You don't need to be perfect yet. What's more important is that you think ahead, ask questions and have fun trying out new topics practically.

Work model

You work mainly remote. For exchange, cooperation and project alignment, you come regularly to the office or a jointly agreed-upon working location.

The company headquarters is in Düsseldorf. Common workdays can take place at other locations as needed, such as Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen, Düsseldorf or another suitable location.
