Internship Customer Service & Operations (m/f/d) - Your Start in Tourism

With "Meine Landausflüge" (meine-landausfluege.de), we are setting new standards in the cruise industry as a leading booking platform for individual excursion experiences. Through small group sizes and personal, family-like excursions, we enable cruise guests to have more individual and intense experiences in the destinations. From the heart of Hamburg, our young and ambitious team drives the industry forward with fresh ideas and dedication. We focus on a careful selection of local providers worldwide and work with renowned tourism sales partners from the DACH region to not only fulfill our customers' wishes but to inspire them.

Starting February 2027, we are looking for interns (m/f/d) in Hamburg to provide active support in the Customer Service/ Operations department. The minimum duration of the internship is 3 months (also gladly as part of a practical semester during your studies).

Here's what you'll do with us:

• Advise our customers: Respond to and process inquiries and bookings via email and phone

• Correspondence via email and phone with our local agencies in German and English

• Creation, checking, and sending of customer documents

• Use of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and the company's own booking system

We are looking forward to the following qualifications and skills from you:

• Education and Language Skills: Advanced studies preferred with a focus on tourism or similar and very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Enthusiasm for Communication: Enjoyment of customer communication and good expression

• Work Style: You organize your tasks well, work carefully and independently

• Interpersonal Skills: Teamwork suits you and you are always friendly. You also like to pitch in and take responsibility

• Good MS Office skills

• Work Experience (Bonus): Experience in service, especially in the tourism or cruise sector, is an advantage
