Internship Corporate Development & Value Creation (Buy & Build) - Immediate / Q1 2027

We are a founding team (backgrounds: HSG, ETH, BCG, Goldman Sachs) with a track record in investments and entrepreneurship. At the center of our newly launched Private Equity roll-up company in the building services sector, we offer an exceptional internship in Corporate Development and Value Creation. This is your chance to be directly involved in the operational integration and development of the entire group of companies, side-by-side with our Integration Lead and co-founders.

Responsibilities

• Value Creation & Analysis: Creation of business cases, analysis of financial figures, as well as identification and quantification of value enhancement levers (EBITDA)
• Processes & Systems: Standardization and automation of processes across portfolio companies, as well as implementation and targeted use of tools, e.g., CRM
• Hands-on On-site: At portfolio companies, gaining a real understanding of operational business, including participating in daily operations
• Integration & Development: Contribution to post-merger integration and the development of a scalable group structure as a blueprint for further acquisitions
• Reporting & Documentation: Development of integrated PMI reporting as a basis for internal steering

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 6 months full-time
• Strong entrepreneurial hands-on mentality with a proven track record, such as own projects, founding experience, or financing one's own studies
• Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and an affinity for processes, systems, and tools
• Empathy and down-to-earth approach when dealing with people at all levels of the group
• Independent, eager to learn, with good judgment and discreet handling of sensitive topics
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland to portfolio companies
• Proficient use of workplace apps (Google) and AI
• Fluent in English and German, Swiss German is an advantage
