Praktikum: Business Operations & Venture Development

We are a stealth start-up in the mobility sector, financed by a T1 VC investor, with over 70 employees and more than 13 locations, and we're currently building and operating new inspection centers. With a proven expansion concept and a clear M&A strategy, we will quadruple our revenue next year. Our founders, serial entrepreneurs who have already raised over $80 million from top US investors and just completed another strong seed round, are driving the expansion into new markets.

Aufgaben

At the end of your internship, you will have set up more than 3 new locations (car inspection centers) from searching for suitable properties to opening fully functional testing stations and gaining first customers:

• Search and evaluate independently for new locations in Bavaria, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Baden-Württemberg; negotiate competitive lease agreements with real estate agents. Focus is on North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Oversee the renovation of rented properties into modern, technology-based testing centers by coordinating relevant stakeholders and ensuring a timely opening.
• Support flexibly in short-term projects and handle operational challenges at both existing and new locations.
• Take on a mobile role – you will spend most of your internship on-site and on the move, and be a central driver of our expansion strategy.
• Improve our processes by identifying location-specific problems and implementing technology-based solutions together with our headquarters.

Qualifikation

• A true generalist who recognizes connections between different areas and connects them.
• A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Currently enrolled or recently completed – Bachelor (at least 4th semester) or Master.
• Fluent German (C2) and a valid driving license (Class B) are requirements.
• You like to get your hands dirty – even in an operationally demanding environment.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus (e.g. hypergrowth start-ups, VC, growth equity, private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting) – and you always deliver high-quality results.
• Available for 3-9 months in Berlin/NRW from Q2/Q3 2026.
