Internship Business Development & Sales – Real Estate (m/f/d)

Propago Immobilien operates in the real estate and construction industry. We support clients in the search and brokerage of properties as well as in renovation and refurbishment projects.

With our new office in Darmstadt, we are expanding our activities and developing our market presence, customer relationships, and sales structures further.

For this, we are looking for a communicative personality who enjoys approaching people and actively wants to contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Responsibilities

You will actively participate in acquiring new clients and orders and will accompany the sales process from the initial contact to the order initiation.

• Research and identification of potential clients, principals, and business opportunities

• Active approach to new clients through suitable sales channels

• Acquisition of orders for property rentals, sales, property searches, as well as renovation and refurbishment services

• Building and maintaining customer relationships and developing new cooperation opportunities

• Preparation and accompaniment of client, acquisition, and consulting meetings

• Creation and follow-up of offers as well as support in mandate acquisition

• Development and further development of our sales processes and CRM structures

• Development and testing of own acquisition and sales approaches

Your Profile

• Advanced studies, for example in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study

• Enthusiasm for sales, business development, and entrepreneurial contexts

• Enjoyment in approaching people, building contacts, and developing business opportunities

• Ideally, initial practical experience in sales, customer acquisition, or through own entrepreneurial projects

• Initiative, goal orientation, and an independent, structured way of working

• Confident, committed demeanor and very good German language skills
