In a Nutshell  

As a Business Analyst Intern at Picnic, you will be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about innovation – you will analyze data, help identify opportunities, and develop strategies that push boundaries and revolutionize the shopping experience. During your internship, you will work closely with experienced analysts, receive mentoring, and develop the skills to be optimally prepared for a potential full-time position as a Business Analyst with us.

Where You Will Contribute  

• Logistics – Optimize the backbone of our processes – from fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery, and demand forecasting across Europe. Think: automating international delivery forecasts for growth markets like Munich.

• Consumer – Drive growth through pricing, effective supplier relationships, and our market strategy. Think: co-shaping our successful market entry into new cities. Your decisions will shape the shopping experience for millions of Picnic customers.

What You Bring  

• Enrolled in a Master's program in a quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Econometrics, or similar)

• You have a passion for data analysis and business consulting.

• Your communication skills enable you to translate abstract plans into understandable information for your team.

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

• You hold the citizenship of an EU member state.

• Availability: at least 4-6 months for a regular internship or a Master's thesis internship, with the possibility of being considered for a full-time position afterward.

💰Attractive Package
