Praktikum at E-Commerce Startup Closd as Founders Associate (m/w/d)

We are a young, value-oriented startup with headquarters in Münster and two brands:

• Closd School – Handytaschen for schools to implement digital breaks
• Closd – sustainable phone accessories made in Germany in online retail

As a practicum student Founders Associate, you will work directly with our founder and CEO together and support her in strategic and operational tasks. You are right in the midst of the startup's daily life and learn about the entire Closd network.

You will be an invaluable part of our team from day one. You design exciting projects actively, build real-world knowledge, and bring your own ideas into play. At Closd, you get a genuine insight into the founding process, can actively participate in shaping and take responsibility.

Aufgaben

Project: Handytaschen for schools for phone-free spaces

Further development of the website: You support the optimal design of the product page and optimize all content continuously incl. appealing product descriptions and images.

• Kundensupport & Vertrieb an Schulen: Together with the team, you develop the perfect customer approach and build a database of decision-makers at schools. You are in direct contact with schools and support the implementation of pilot projects.
• Strategische Entwicklung: You bring all your learnings and ideas into the further development of the Handytasche product. In doing so, you get a deep insight into the entire supply chain.
• Aufbau von Prozessen: You work structured? Perfect! You document recurring workflows, optimize with AI, and help us improve our performance even more.

Qualifikation

You should bring:

• unpaid internship 6-9 months as part of your studies or further education
• Eigenständigkeit in your projects
• Open and appreciative communication
• Flexibility in the startup's daily life
