Your Tasks

The Organization

This is the charitable daughter organization of the Berlin-based social enterprise Good Hood GmbH, which operates the neighborhood platform. We promote concrete, voluntary engagement – online and offline, in neighborhoods and society. By doing so, we want to make a contribution against loneliness and societal division – for a human, solidary, and lively coexistence. In particular, we focus on the following key areas: The brings together all those people who would otherwise only briefly encounter each other in the hallway or on the street – at neighborhood festivals throughout Germany. The again honors particularly engaged neighborhood initiatives and makes them known, thereby encouraging others to follow suit. We cooperate with a large network of partners across Germany and are a young, social organization that works like a digital startup and continuously develops itself.

To support our team, we are looking for one intern from March 1st to May 31st, 2026, as well as another intern from June 15th to September 15th, 2026, each working 35 hours per week.

• Supporting project teams in general project and event management,
• Collaboration and coordination with network partners, service providers, and craftsmen,
• Participation in the implementation of our communication campaigns,
• Support in maintaining our websites and social media channels,
• Research activities on various topics and potential media and network partners
• Support in daily business and administrative tasks, such as answering inquiries and obtaining offers

Your Profile

• You have a passion for social engagement. Additionally, you can get excited about the themes of neighborhood and climate protection
• You are a student in higher semesters (bachelor) or master
• You work well hands-on and keep your overview even in stressful phases
• You enjoy bringing in ideas proactively and implementing them
• You can work well in a team and have fun approaching organizations and expanding our network
• You ideally have first experiences in project or event management, marketing, and/or social media in public organizations, startups, NGOs, or communication agencies
• It is advantageous to have very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and design programs (e.g. InDesign, Canva)
