Tasks

In this role, you'll take over responsibility from day one. There are no classical intern tasks, but pure execution:

• Workflow Architecture: Conceptualization, building, and optimization of complex low-code workflows to automate manual processes.
• AI Integration: Linking modern LLMs with automation chains and developing prompts for unstructured administrative data.
• Process Analysis: Deep dives into analog administrative procedures from government agencies to translate bureaucratic workflows into logical, digital workflows.
• API & System Connection: Using and testing webhooks and APIs to move data seamlessly between different systems.

Qualification

• Process Obsession: Extremely logical thinking and the passion to eliminate repetitive tasks through clear if-then structures.
• Low-Code/Tech Foundation: First experience with tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable or solid foundation in Python/JavaScript.
• Fast Understanding Ability: Ability to quickly grasp complex German administrative and bureaucratic structures.
