Internship Application Development (m/f/d)

SWOOFLE is the only event furniture provider that rents furniture online via InstantBooking. Our designer furniture is sustainably produced in Berlin. Our team is broadly composed of ages from early 20s to 80s, which eliminates hierarchies and allows innovation to be drawn from tradition.

Are you still looking for a mandatory internship for your vocational training or studies in the field of application development? Or would you like to complete a voluntary internship? We are looking for students for a three-month or longer internship as soon as possible.

Tasks

· Maintenance and expansion of our website and the innovative InstantBooking tool.

· Maintenance and administration of the database.

· Maintenance and expansion of various internal web applications.

· Implementation of new and innovative applications.

Qualification

· Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and HTML methods

· Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Node.js, and npm is a plus

· Understanding of Git as well as frontend frameworks like Vue 3

· Development on operating systems like Windows 11 and Linux Debian

· Basic understanding of working via SSH and CLI

· You think "out-of-the-box", are creative and a little bit crazy

· You are communicative

· Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage

· You are a team player and flexible· You are organized, reliable
